The objective of the project is to provide training in EU antitrust law to national judges from Kosovo* and North Macedonia. This objective will be achieved through the use of a blended-learning approach: the creation of an introductory e-learning course in English, Albanian, Serbian and Macedonian, and the implementation of 2 domestic face-to-face seminars (in Pristina and Skopje). While the blended-learning approach will be used for the training of 30 national judges, prosecutors, apprentice national judges, and the staff of national courts from each of the two countries, the e-learning course will also be shared as a stand-alone digital learning tool with national judges that did not attend the project seminars (from Kosovo and North Macedonia, other Western Balkan states, as well as EU Member States). The face-to-face training sessions will be delivered, amongst others, by national judges from Slovenia and Croatia, which will allow the exchange of best practices between national judiciary from EU Member States and the two candidate/ potential candidate countries. Within the auspices of this project, an e-learning course was developed, and two face-to-face events are planned: one in Pristina and one in Skopje.
Deliverables of this project, which include the aforementioned e-learning as well as programmes and the background documentation for each of the events are made available to the public on this website.
